PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: about 6'0 - 6'1, thick boned. He has blue eyes with salt and pepper curls. Sometimes wears a beard some times doesn't.

HISTORY: Since he was a boy, Gilbert Grissom had taken a liking to bugs. His father being botanist, had originally sparked his interest. But at a young age, Grissom lost his father, to a heat stroke and was to live in a quiet home with his mother, a gallery owner, who soon became deaf. He was a quiet student, described as a 'ghost'.

At a young age, he worked as a consultant at a Corner's office, disecting animals before graduating from UCLA with a degree in biology, his specialty, entomology.

After he spent time working as a coroner at home in LA where he became the youngest coroner in the history of the city at the tender age of 22. He was recruited to Las Vegas and worked as Forensic helping the lab in the ranks, pulling them from #14 o #2. evntually making his way up to Night shift supervisor after the death of young Holly Gribbs.

As time went on and the years passed, Gil threw himselt into his work, each day focussing more and more on solcing the puzzles for the family and what used to be the ones who were hurt. And each time a specific tpye of case cam along, effecting him more and more.

PERSONALITY: Gil is a very quiet individual. His personal is his treasure and likes to keep it just that, personal. He doesn't consider his career a job, but more of a definition of who he is as a person. His ability to detatch emotionally from almost everything seems to be the reason that he succeeds so well.

HABITS/HOBBIES: Gil like roller coasters and crossword puzzle... anything that exercises his brain.
PETS: His insects. More specifically, he has a pet Turantula.
